About Freebit

Freebit is the owner of an IPR portfolio including several design and utility patents which are granted in all major markets around the world. The core innovation of the Freebit Concept is the ergonomically C-shaped ear interface.

History

It started as a R&D project with focus on ear interfaces and ergonomics back in 2004. Early in 2007 a new strategic partnering model was put into action. At present, license agreements are being signed with manufacturers and suppliers.

We offer:

– Licence agreements where clients are granted a right to utilize the patents in their own products.

– 3D files and example designs. On request, clients get access to 3D files and design guidelines.

– Industrial Design, if you wish we can even help you design a complete end-user product.

HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH FREEBIT.

Freebit offers manufacturers and suppliers of earphones and Bluetooth devices the right to develop new products based on the Freebit ear interface patent. To be perfectly clear, Freebit does not manufacture or sell earphones under our own brand. We grant clients the right to use our patents to refine their own earphone designs to improve comfort, stability and fit. The details of an agreement can be arranged at your convenience. In most cases our clients pay a royalty based on a fixed price or a percentage per unit sold.
