In 2007 Strategy Analytics Group performed a survey among American Bluetooth headset owners. The goal was to explore user patterns and attitudes towards Bluetooth headsets. The results were disheartening to say the least. Only a minority use their headset frequently. The majority is using their headset once a week or less. Why? Because they don't find them comfortable and easy to use.
